Based on information gathered thus far, detailed design is created,
and a comprehensive presentation of the project will follow. At this
phase, an extensively detailed plan is created, which eliminates
guesswork and surprises for contractors. Occasionally, minor
additional adjustments will be made to the design and only then,
the design part of project will be completed.
